Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OferTix, a commercial offer management platform operated by Nova Analytica S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company registered in Romania ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

OferTix is intended for use by businesses and their authorised representatives. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are acting on behalf of a legal entity or as a self-employed individual.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@novanalytica.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

OferTix offers the following plans:

  • Starter (Free) — up to 5 offers per month, 1 user account.
  • Growth (€8.99/month) — unlimited offers, up to 3 users.
  • Business (€15/month) — unlimited offers and unlimited users.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or multi-month basis via Stripe. All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OferTix to:

  • Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the platform.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

6. Your Data & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (company data, clients, offers). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

OferTix, its logo, and all platform-level content are owned by Nova Analytica S.R.L. and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes to the Service with or without prior notice. We will not be liable for any downtime.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Analytica S.R.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
