Your company's key metrics at a glance, updated in real time.
- Total offers — all offers ever created by your company
- Today's offers — created since midnight
- Accepted offers — offers with status Accepted
- Total value — grouped per currency (EUR/RON/USD shown separately when mixed)
- Recent offers — last 5 offers with client, status, and value
Offers
Creating an offer
Go to Offers → New offer. Select a client (or quick-add one with the + button), set validity days, status, and currency.
Line items
- Product details — free text, multi-line
- Delivery time, unit of measure, quantity
- Unit price (excl. VAT) + VAT rate — 19%, 9%, 5%, 0%
- Auto-calculated row total (qty × price × VAT)
- Select from Product Catalog to auto-fill a line
- Optional checkbox — client toggles on public linkGrowth+
Discounts
Growth+- Fixed amount — deducted from subtotal
- Percentage — applied before VAT calculation
Statuses
Change status directly from the offer view — no edit needed.
Print & PDF export
Click Print offer from any offer view → browser print dialog → Save as PDF. Navigation, buttons and internal notes are hidden. Logo, seller/buyer info, items table, VAT, totals, and signature block are all shown.
Public offer link
- Shareable URL — no login required for the client

Approval workflow
BusinessSubmit offer for internal review → approver approves or rejects with a note. Status: Draft → Pending Approval → Approved / Rejected.
Internal comments
Business- Post text comments visible only to team members

Clients
- Store company name, representative, phone, email
- Add, edit, delete clients from the Clients page
- Quick-add a client directly from the offer form
- Deleting a client does not delete their associated offers
Product Catalog
- Save products/services with name, description, unit, price, VAT rate
- Select from catalog to auto-fill offer line items
- Bulk import via CSV or Excel (columns: Name, Description, Unit, Price, VAT)

Visual Template Designer
BusinessDrag-and-drop editor for the printed offer layout. Blocks: Header, Offer info, Seller/Buyer, Items table, Totals, Footer text, Custom text, Divider, Spacer. Configure alignment, font, and column visibility per block.
Billing
View current plan and included features. Upgrade or downgrade via Stripe. Manage payment method or view invoice history through the Stripe customer portal.
SmartBill Integration
BusinessConnect your SmartBill account (email + API token). A Create SmartBill invoice button appears on accepted offers — pushes the offer as a draft invoice with one click.
Activity Notifications
- Badge on Offers when a teammate creates a new offer
- Badge on Clients when a teammate adds a client
- Badge on Products when a teammate adds a product
- Badge on Support when admin replies to a ticket
Support
Open a ticket from the Support section in the sidebar. Our team replies within the ticket thread. A badge appears on the Support nav item when we reply. Opening the ticket marks the reply as read and clears the badge.
