Fair Use Policy

OferTix is designed for professional B2B offer management. This Fair Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and clarifies the boundaries of acceptable use to ensure a reliable, high-quality experience for all users.

1. Intended Use

OferTix is intended for legitimate commercial activities: creating, managing, and tracking business offers and client relationships. The platform may be used by companies of any size, across any industry.

2. Plan Limits

  • Starter (Free) — maximum 5 offers per calendar month per company.
  • Growth — unlimited offers; maximum 3 user accounts per company.
  • Business — unlimited offers and unlimited user accounts.

These limits are enforced by the platform. Attempting to circumvent plan limits by creating multiple accounts for the same organisation is a violation of this policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using the platform to create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal offers.
  • Uploading client lists that contain data obtained without valid legal basis (e.g. purchased lists without consent).
  • Using automated scripts or bots to interact with the platform.
  • Attempting to access another company's data, systems, or accounts.
  • Uploading content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, bribery, or corruption.
  • Generating offers at a volume inconsistent with normal business operations (platform abuse).

4. Data Import (CSV / Excel)

The client import feature is provided to help you migrate your existing client list into OferTix. When using this feature:

  • You must have a lawful basis (consent, legitimate interest, or contract) for processing all imported personal data.
  • Imported data is stored within your company's account only and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
  • Do not import data that you are not authorised to process under GDPR or applicable law.

5. Storage & Performance

OferTix does not currently impose hard storage quotas. However, we reserve the right to contact customers whose usage significantly exceeds that of comparable accounts, and to introduce reasonable limits with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Consequences of Violation

We reserve the right to take the following actions for violations of this policy, without prior notice in serious cases:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Temporarily suspend the offending account or feature.
  • Permanently terminate the account without refund.
  • Report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
